That’s why we have launched our 5th edition of the EDP Trainee Program, in which we invite young talents from all over the world to join our team and be an active part of one of the most compelling Trainee Programs in the market.
This international Trainee Program edition marks deeply the direction of EDP regarding an inclusive future for our people, being directed and open to everyone regardless their nationality, academic background, special needs, disabilities, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.
With a duration of 7 months, the program consists of several phases and it gives the opportunity to all selected trainees to, at the end of this journey, join our company:
· Yearly program with full immersion in the daily activities of our business
· Investment on our trainees’ development: onboarding during 1 month with personal and professional development
· 2 job rotations (of 6 months total) that offer a real multicultural exposure with possibility of international experiences
· Trainees will know their job rotations since the beginning of the program
· A trainee program that promotes a high knowledge of the EDP Group and a set of diverse experiences
