Two Postdoc Positions on Localization - Positioning Techniques and Physical Layer Security - Machine Learning for B5G Networks

-     Starting date: September / October 2020 (negotiable if necessary)

-    Full-time, 1 year fixed term contracts, remuneration: 50 kEuros/year (~2,500 Euros/month net salary) plus conference attendance, travel etc. For Position 2 an extension of 6 months is possible.

Description: The two postdocs will work on the project Phebe “Physical-Layer Security for Beyond 5G”, funded by the Paris Seine Initiative. Applications are sought from international candidates with a strong academic background and expertise in at least one of the following areas:

Position 1:

o  Localization

o  Channel Estimation, RF Fingerprinting

o  Machine Learning

Position 2:

o  Physical Layer Security

o  Machine Learning

o  mMIMO, mmWave

and related disciplines. Demonstrable mathematical skills and familiarity with Python, Matlab, etc., are essential. Experience in proposal writing will be an advantage.
